Dr. Wolf made the table mat when he took lessons to learn how to make Oriental Rugs. He reproduced a large rug in miniature form. The Secretary desk came from Mrs. Wolf’s aunt’s husband’s family, the Carver family of Philadelphia. On the wall are pictures of Dr. Wolf and his father taken at his father’s birthplace in Hoffenheim, Germany.
