The bed was made for Mrs. Wolf by Mr. Slaugh. Mrs. Wolf’s mother told her to have a bed made for herself with the first money that she earned teaching piano lessons. The bed is three-quarter size and cost $90.00. The picture above the table is of Mrs. Wolf’s aunt, Elizabeth Harkness Taylor. The oil painting of the apple tree was done by one of the “Philadelphia Ten”.
